Go for a walk therapy
Have you ever thought about what is your therapy? We all need it. Like water and sunshine. We all get stressed and lose our peace.
What restores your balance? It is important to find out. Specifically. Identify it and make it part of your days and weeks.
It could be the difference between lovely days and memories versus the other option.
If you find yourself not patient or kind or peaceful or sleeping, perhaps you haven’t had your extremely effective therapy in a while. For, as we are all aware, all therapy really doesn’t help. Like chocolate therapy, it is YUM! but not long-lastingly helpful.
